From Year 1994 to Year 1998- She was been working with a Singaporean chinese employer and she been looking after 2 children aged from 12 years old and 14 years old and she been working in residential type of house and she can cook chinese dishes able to follow recipe books. According to her employer recommendation letter stating that " Noeme was employed by me from 1994 to 1998 as a domestic worker.During the 4 years old employment, she helped me to take care of my sick mother -in law , two children do cooking and household chores for the family. We found her hardworking, responsible and honest person.Since my two children has grown up now and we do not require a workee, she left our employment to purse her next employment in overseas. When her employment expired after 2 years at overseas and wanted to come back Singapore again, I decided to re-employed her from Year 2000 -2002 due to her past good work and performance".

From Year 1998 to Year 2000 - She was been working with a American employer been looking after 5 children aged from 15, 14, 12, 8 and 3 years old and she been working in residential type of house and she can cook chinese dishes very well as western dishes able to follow recipe books.

From May to June 2000- She worked back to her first employer here in Singapore with the same duties and job scopes.

From Year 2000 to Year 2001- She was been working with a American diplomat employer in Valenzuela and she been looking after 2 children aged from 5 years old and 3 years old children and she been working in landed residential type of house .She cooks western dishes as well. According to her employer recommendation that "During this time of employment Ms. Martin has been primary care giver to our two young boys, ages 5 and 4 .My wife and I worked outside the home and rely heavily on her to prepare meals for the children , keep the house clean , keep the laundry washed and put away , as well as accompany our children in after school hours. We have been pleased with the job that Ms. Martin has done our children have grown up quite fond of her. Unfortunately, my next diplomatic assignment will not allow me to bring Ms. Martin with out family to our next destination. She showed tremedious initiative by agreeing to come to Valenzuela to work with our family. During the past year she has been very willing to help us with a variety of tasks around the house and with the children. She has been flexible with her schedule and her hours to accomodate our needs and, in return, we have tried to provide other benefits to her (Spanish lessons, etc). I would recommend Ms. Martin to any prospective employer who needed an honest, steady and reliable employee whom they could trust with his/her family, home or business. She is interest in learning about new places and people, which should be a good attribute for her job search in Aruba or wherever else she might choose to relocate".

From July 2001 to August 2002 - She worked back to her previous 1st Chinese Singaporean employer here in Singapore, with the same job scopes.

From Year 2002 to Year 2004- She was been working with Norwegian employer back in Norway and she been looking after 2 children aged 5 and 6 years old children. She has worked in residential type of house and she cooks western meals and does the baking.According to her employer recommendation that Noemi Martin has worked as all-pair in our family she been going Singapore. She did a very good job in our family".

From December 2004 to March 2005- She worked back to her previous first Chinese Singaporean employer here in Singapore, with the same job scopes.

From Year 2005 to Year 2008- She was been working with a American employer and been looking after newlyborn baby when she started worked with her employer and after a couple of years later her employer gave birth another babies and she been working in residential type of house and she can cook western dishes able to follow recipe books. She is very independent and mature type of helper. When the employer went back to America she do follow to her employer worked with the family as well and they moved in Singapore then Noeme was employed back with them under by the name of the employer's husband since August 2007 to December 2008 .According to her employer that " I am happy to provide you with reference for Miss Noeme Martin, She worked with us from about 4 months before the birth of my son in 2005, until family matter caused us to leave Singapore permanently in December 2008. Noeme is truly rare amongst Singapore maids.I lived in Singapore for 13 years, so I had lots of chances to compare and see how special Noeme actually is... Her English is almost perfect, so there never any concern about her understanding instructions. She is both proactive and intelligent , often seeing what needs to be done and taking initiative to do it herself without being told. From that persoective she doesn't need to be micro-managed and we never provided her with specific tasks. We were be able to have mature conversation, and relax knowing that she would take of its. She was wondeful with out two little children (both born during her time) and I would trust her 100% with the babies/children.She is warm , caring & fun.She is a deeply religious and trusthworthy person, who would not dream of doing anything inapproriate or criminal. During 2007 Noeme actually moved with us to San Francisco for almost year and having traveled internationally so much before (Europe ,Venezuela, etc) she quickly adapted and helped us to set up the new house.Again, we never had any concerns of her "running off" or anything silly like that, becuase it is just not in her nature at all. Some people are quite eager to know a potential candidates,so if I had to identify anything, I woukd say Noeme can be quite focused on what she wants/ likes to do, and will sometimes neglect the other things that she doesn't.I think that's fairly natural amomgst most people, but she didn't much like being told to focus on the other items if she felt that it was an indication that you didn't trust her her manage herself (which she did very well...)Overall,Noeme is really head & shoulder above many of the maids we saw during our stay in Singapore and I am happy yo recommend her"

From April to July 2010 - She been working with Filipino family with 1 child and she been working in apartment type of house and she does the cooking simple asian and western dishes able to follow recipe books.

From July 2010 to Present - She have work with a Australian family whom have young child when she fisrt joined with her employer and she have experienced working in landed residential type of house and she does the cooking mostly are wester dishes and she can cook very well and able to follow recipe books.
