- Staying in a 3-storey landed house with 7 bedrooms, working with another Filipina Helper
- Co-share all duties; general housework, laundry, ironing and assist her madam cooking
- Finished contract and went back home for a break
- After returning from Qatar, Corazon was unable to work overseas again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this period (2019 to 2023), she worked as a part-time stay-in helper in her hometown.
Sep 2023 to May 2026 (2yrs & 9months), Saudi Arabia
- Arabian Family with 2 children (1yo & 3yo), the 1yo child has Cerebral Palsy
- Staying in a 5-bedroom flat, only helper in the household
- Childcare/ Special needs care - change of diapers, prepare their meals, giving them showers etc
- General housework, laundry, ironing and simple cooking as they have separate cook for the whole family
- Finished contract and wants to apply to Singapore for a higher salary
- During our interview, Corazon shared that in February 2024, her employer relocated to Australia for further studies, leaving her to care for the children with the support of their grandparents. This arrangement allowed her to take on greater childcare responsibilities, further strengthening her experience and confidence in caring for young children.
Corazon looks forward to work in Singapore to earn money to support her family. She hopes to have 1 off day per month to recharge.
