Michelle Glee Vidad

Michelle is an experienced caretaker and caregiver with three years of experience in Taiwan, providing elderly care while also managing household duties. 

From September 2022 to November 2025, she worked for an elderly couple and their adult son residing in a seven-bedroom, three-storey landed property in Taiwan. Her primary responsibility was caring for an 87-year-old male patient diagnosed with dementia. She assisted with his daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene. She also prepared his meals, assisted with feeding, and administered prescribed medications. In addition to caregiving, Michelle managed the household’s daily operations, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, marketing, and cooking. She prepared meals according to the family’s preferences, such as steamed egg, vegetables, fish, meat or tofu dishes, as well as chicken soup, wonton noodles, braised pork, shabu-shabu, congee, stir-fried noodles or vegetables, and fried rice. She is able to follow recipes and prepare a variety of other dishes as required. 

Michell has completed formal caregiver training and holds a Caregiving NC II certificate. She is available to start work immediately, and a video conference interview can be arranged with advance notice.
