Alison worked as a dedicated caregiver in the Philippines 🇵🇭, providing full-time care to an elderly couple aged 82 and 78 years old 👵🧓. Although both seniors were still mobile, they required daily assistance, and Alison supported them with walking, gentle exercises, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 🚿🧼🧍. She was also responsible for administering medications on time 💊 and monitoring their overall health to ensure their safety and comfort. In addition to caregiving, she handled meal planning and cooking 🍽️, preparing nutritious dishes suitable for elderly dietary needs and assisting with feeding when necessary 🥣. Alison also maintained a clean and organized home environment 🧹🧺 by doing general housekeeping, laundry, and dishwashing. She provided emotional support and daily companionship 💖, creating a warm and respectful atmosphere that helped reduce loneliness and support their mental well-being. Her role also involved reminding them of medical appointments, monitoring vital signs when needed, and making sure their needs were always met with care and compassion.
