Rosie Malazzab Onate

Rosie Malazzab Onate is a 34-year-old Filipino domestic helper with more than two years of experience serving households. Her background includes housekeeping duties, childcare support for children and elderly care for individuals requiring daily assistance. Additional capabilities include grocery shopping, laundry management, ironing, gardening, and pet care for cats and dogs. She is also willing to do additional tasks as may be required of the role. Rosie is available to begin work immediately.

Feb 2025 to October. Malaysia. For a Chinese-Indian household consisting of two adults and one child aged three, residing in a three-bedroom condominium. Her primary responsibilities centered on childcare, including daily supervision and assistance with routines such as school drop-off and pick-up, feeding, bathing, dressing, and preparing the child’s meals which may be stir-fried noodles, steamed vegetables, chicken curry, buttered prawns, steamed pork, pancakes, and sandwiches. She prepared meals for the entire family on weekends. In addition, Rosie managed general housekeeping duties, which encompassed thorough cleaning of the residence, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. Her services are no longer required, and she is now seeking transfer.

Sep 2021 to Nov 2023  Kuwait. For a  Kuwaiti household with a 77 male elderly,  in a 9 bedroom 3 storey landed residence. Rosie focused on providing elderly care support alongside another helper. The elderly was bedridden and diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Her responsibilities included assisting with bed-to-wheelchair transfers, administering medications, feeding, bathing, dressing, diaper changing, and ensuring his overall comfort while seated. Rosie also managed the washing and folding of the elderly man’s clothing, while her co-worker handled ironing and organization. Both helpers alternated in performing elderly round the clock and housekeeping duties within the elderly man’s room. The employment contract ended successfully.

Rosie is fond of cooking Filipino dishes such as kare-kare, adodo, pancit beejon, pakbet, fried rice, paksiw, barbeque, spring rolls and makes desserts such as rice cake, suman and bibingka. She can also make other dishes from a recipe book.
