Robin is 42yo domestic helper with valuable experience in childcare, elder care, household management, and customer service. She is a proud mother of 4 children aged of 24yo(girl), 22yo(girl), 17yo(girl), 13yo(girl),12(boy) and 11yo(girl) whom she has cared for since they were newborns. Currently, she is a working as childcare with low salary. Therefore, Robin has decided to seek employment in Singapore in hopes of earning a better income to support her family especially her children.

Dec 2015 to Dec 2022 (7yrs) Dubai: Robin worked as a stay-out helper for an Italian family of 4 with 2 young boys aged 2yo and a newborn with asthma at the time she joined. The family lived in a flat with 2 bedrooms, and her accommodation was covered by the employer. Her responsibilities focused heavily on infant and childcare, including preparing milk, feeding, bathing, playing with the children, sending the older child to school, preparing his lunch, helping with his shower, feeding, and assisting with homework. In addition to childcare, Robin managed all general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing, and cooking Italian food. She completed her contract successfully, and her employment ended when the family relocated back to Italy.

Jan 2023 to Present (2yrs & 6mo) Philippines: Robin also worked as a child minder for 3 regular employers, providing part-time childcare support across different households. For the first employer, a single mother of a 2yo boy with autism, Robin worked 2–3 times a week. She assisted with showering, feeding, and playing, and accompanied him in activities like swimming, which he enjoyed. She also cooked specially for him, as he only ate her food, and helped with general housework. For the second employer, a Chinese-Filipino family with a 1yo boy, she provided care for 3 hours daily, engaging the child through play, changing diapers, and teaching basics such as colors, shapes, ABCs, sounds, and dance. For the third employer, an Indian family with a 2yo girl, she also worked 3 hours daily, managing diaper changes, feeding, putting the child to sleep, bathing, changing clothes, and reading bedtime stories. These roles highlight Robin’s adaptability, experience with special needs, and ability to manage the developmental needs of young children across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Robin looks forward to work in Singapore to earn money to support her family. She hopes to have 1 off days per month to recharge.
