Background

SAFITRI 23 single with 2 siblings, and she is the 2nd child in the family of 3 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family, and she is from Indonesia.

Experience

2 years (2021 - 2023) as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia

She worked in a 5-bedroom house with 3-toilets for a family of 3, and she looked after the welfare of a 3-year-old. She does general house cleaning chores, marketing, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.
 

Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants. In her local experience, she prepared meals, dressed and sent to-and-fro from school, attended to and assisted in the daily needs.
 

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.
 

Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets. In her local experience, she groomed and fed a small dog, kept clean the pet areas.
 

Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
 

Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly. Any other off-day arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
 

2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
 

Recommendation

In summary, SAFITRI is mature and ready to take on new challenge. Being a first timer in Singapore, it may not be easy for her to understand employer's needs, however, we believe with enough time, proper guidance and training, she will be a good help in your family.
