We personally interview the DH applicants for us to be able to appraise and shortlist for their initiative, gentleness, earnest and determination in work, strength and intuition.

It takes experience and knowledge to understand the helper’s mentality, attitude and their cultural background. Helpers from good cultural, provincial background would make a difference in having a polite and compliant helper.

We are building and giving service, not just as service but to understand the true meaning of it. Over the years, many customers retain their service as they value our capability, efficiency, service and relationship.

All our domestic helpers are given good orientation to equip them well with the demands of their jobs here in Singapore. Through our effective counselling and advice approach we have learnt that counsel and advice them appropriately so that they would be confident and have motivation to do even tough chores and responsibilities.
